My family and a few others kids we brought along went for our sons birthday this past Sunday. We arrived at 1:00p.m. when the center opens. We were second in line to be waited on. We were passed up twice by the owner of the center. I understand there was a birthday party that she "had" to attend to and skip people next in line to accommodate this "party" When the owner did decide to wait on us about 10 minutes after we arrived and standing in line, she was very rude and short with us. We have personally felt attacked every time we patron this place. We purchased tickets for roller skating and laser tag for 6 people. While the kids were skating I went to the snack bar. I purchased 2 pizzas, a family nachos, 2 pitchers of soda along with 4 powder candy tubes. By this time we have spent over $100 to be treated poorly by the owner repeatably. While at the snack bar, I was ordering the owner stands behind the kitchen in the window and says to her employee "We don't have a cook, so watch what she orders" . I then asked the cashier, " Am I allowed to order" the cashier smiled and shook her head and said yes, I am sorry about that. My husband and I then proceeded to watch the way the owner interacted with other customers. The owner for over 2 hours never said the same rude statement that she said to me. I personally feel as if this owner has some sort of grudge or hate towards my family. We have been to this center quite a few times, every time this owner acts like this. I have officially stated my story on Facebook, which I have the max of 5,000 friends mostly local. I sure hope many of my friends steer clear of this "fun center". We are thankful for the Holiday Skate Rink and Laser Tag in Goshen. Must better facilities and more importantly better owners. TO BE CLEAR WE DID NOT ASK OR WANT TO BRING IN A BIRTHDAY CAKE. YOUR ASSUMPTION OF THAT IS INCORRECT. WE NEVER ASKED OR THOUGHT ABOUT BRINGING IN A CAKE. YOU HAVE A SIGN POSTED OUTSIDE THE DOOR STATING NO CAKE. CLEARLY I MUST NOT HAVE BEEN THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS TREATED POORLY ON SUNDAY. WOW!!
We loved having our party there!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and my kids had a blast... sorry everyone had a blast...
Good worry free fun for kids in today's worrisome world! Clean atmosphere, great staff, and lots to do! Skating, laser tag, mini bowling, and of course video games! Love this place ☺
Good prices and large Lazer tag area. Fun for the whole family do have one issue though been going there for years and the last few times the owner has been rather stand offish almost like we did something to personally offend her (not sure what the issue is) but this past weekend we were there and she was so passive aggressive that even my children where asking why she was overlooking us and taking other people in front of us when she knew we were waiting to get in then when we ordered at the snack bar she tells the cashier to not let us order anything hard to make due to short staffing. Little did she know I was paying attention to others orders and that was never stated to anyone else, just us after this experience we will skate at Holiday roller rink and laser tag at mega blast. May be 2 separate places but they have much better facilities and are a lot less rude to regular customers
We had a nice birthday party here. The kids loved the laser tag, video games, and skating. We brought in our own cake and it was nice that they provided serving dishes and clean up. I only wish that they'd let us bring in our own side dishes to eat with the pizza.
